This apt is nice. When I took the tour with the manager her name is Ana She was nice and she gave me lots of information about the apt I was looking at with my wife. The room. The square ft was big. 568sq ft I was happy with the size and the location of the apt It comes with a pool and a gym it’s secure from the homeless roaming around nice decent apts. so I do give it a 5 star rating cause of the amount of information I got. The communication and good customer service.

Love living here ! Ana & Angie are literally the best in the office I’m never worried over anything cause I know the girls will be there to help ! The community is amazing definitely do look here when looking for somewhere to rent !

The property staff is so nice and helpful. The property is secure. The location is centralized and I can get pretty much anywhere in the city quick!

Off staff is amazing! Since they have started at the community there has only been improvements. I am thrilled to villa my home. Work orders are always done accordingly and efficiently and office staff always has a smile and is ready to help. I highly recommend

Ana the property manager was super sweet and has always made me feel very heard and welcomed as a resident. I have been in this community for about 2 years now and don’t regret it one bit! Definitely recommend!! Office staff and maintenance team is amazing!

They were extremely helpful, patient and kind. Moving can be super stressful and challenging especially with today’s rental market price gouging! They are affordable, helpful and easy to work with.
