I had a great experience at Villa de San Felipe! The office staff is absolutely amazing. Angie and Ana have truly made my experience with this community UNMATCHED compared to many other apartment communities in the area. Angie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Ana, the Property Manager, was also AMAZINGâso welcoming and warm, her hospitality really stood out. Thanks to them, Iâm genuinely excited to call Villa de San Felipe my future home! ð â¤ï¸

Iâve had such a great experience with the office staff here! They are always welcoming, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. From answering questions to handling maintenance requests, they make the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how friendly and approachable they areâit makes the community feel like home. Itâs clear they genuinely care about the residents, and that makes all the difference.
