New management has taken over and itâs been a huge difference - maintenance is quick and they are putting money into the property making it safer and nicer. Plan to stay here for a while.

Shout out to new maintenance team members! Jesus and Alejandro are awesome! They responded and fixed a problem I reported so quickly. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I've lived at Villa De San Felipe for a little more than 2 years. Our property manager, Ana, has always been wonderful to deal with. We have a new owner who has added great staff at our property. Liz, Jesus, Alejandro, and Victor complete the great team that Ana leads. Thanks Villa Staff!

Iâve had such a positive experience living at Villa de San Felipe Apartments. The office staff is always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of, and you can really tell they care about the community. The maintenance team deserves just as much praiseâthey respond quickly to requests, handle repairs with skill, and always treat residents with respect. Itâs clear they take pride in their work because everything gets done the right way, and often faster than expected. Between the friendly office staff and the reliable maintenance crew, Villa de San Felipe feels like a place where youâre truly supported as a resident. I couldnât be happier calling this place home.
